PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ornament for body-cooling such as a cooling jacket, preferably having excellent water-retaining performance and comfortably usable without causing the bleeding of a water-absorbing high-molecular material. SOLUTION: Cooling members 13, 14 composed of water-permeable cloth bags filled exclusively with a water-absorbing high-molecular material having a swelling ratio of <=100 are attached to the parts contacting with the human body in use. |
