PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately melt fallen snow with a simple structure by utilizing a solar battery by connecting a switch circuit to the input-output terminal of a reverse-current preventing diode. SOLUTION: Since a switch circuit 6 is connected to the input-output terminal of a reverse-current preventing diode 4, a heat generating current can be made to flow to a solar battery 1 through the switch circuit 6 by by-passing the diode 4 at the time of making the heat generating current to flow to the solar battery 1. Therefore, the solar battery 1 can be made to generate heat with such a simple structure that the switch circuit 6 is connected to the circuit of a solar battery system. Moreover, when a bidirectional AC-DC converter 5 is used and the switch circuit 6 is connected to the converter 5 so as to make the heat generating current to flow to the battery 1, the heat generating current can be made to flow to the battery 1 with a simple structure. Therefore, fallen snow can be easily melted with the heat generated from the battery 1. |
