The method according to the invention consists of step clamping on the rotating machine(4) the material(a bent and an elbow pipe joint)(1) which is preheated by the primary process and the secondary process, step rotating it in the range of about 30-50 rpm and at the same time spraying the PE powder from the upper part to deposit it on the surface of the material, step racing the material to makes it deposit on the material smoothly wholly, step spraying the cooling water to the coated material, step collecting the waste powder from the rotating machine in the way of one touch.
