PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a high reliability system by changing the closing process during power failure depending on the charging condition of the UPS battery. SOLUTION: The power supply control system comprises a UPS battery 12, a power supply 11, a remaining capacity counter 10 of the UPS battery, a branching address offset generator 3, an adder 2, an instruction counter 4, a multiplexer 5, a memory 14, an instruction FIFO 13 and a UPS charging state signal 16 to assure high reliability of the closing process during power failure. |
