<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower a wiring resistance of a drain line and to enlarge a numerical aperture of a pixel. SOLUTION: The drain line 15 is constituted of a row direction straight line part 15k held among pixel electrodes 11R, 11G, 11B adjacent in the column direction and an oblique straight line part 151 linking the row direction straight line parts 15k each other between adjacent pixel lines 11L, and the whole prolongation of the wiring is set short. A gate line 12 is formed linearly along the column direction. Projecting parts 11h are formed only on one side end parts of the pixel electrodes 11R, 11G, 11B in the row direction. By such a constitution, the wiring resistance is lowered, and since the effective areas of the pixel electrodes 11R, 11G, 11B are increased, the numerical aperture can be enlarged.</p> |
