PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce impact force and energy consumption. SOLUTION: Each of crutches has a pair of leg pieces 1a having a side contact piece 2 on the top end and a grip body 5 in a middle part, and a joint member 6 is fastened and fixed to the lower end side of the leg pieces la with a spacer 3 by a bolt 14. A cylinder 7 is mounted on a lower part of the joint member 6, and a spring 9 and the head part 10a of a leg beam 10 are fitted into the cylinder 7. Further, means for preventing separation of the leg beam 10 is attached on the lower end side of the cylinder 7, and the leg beam 10 is expanded and contracted by the spring 9 within the cylinder 7. |
