PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily grasp the contents of an instruction manual for a vehicle tire chain and to improve the usablity of the manual in the case of displaying the contents of the manual on the display screen of a display device. SOLUTION: One of plural display contents in a tire chain instruction manual is selected and displayed on the display screen 11 of a display device 10 and operation key parts 24'a to 24'e for switching the displayed contents of the manual to other display contents are also displayed. The display contents of the manual displayed on the screen 11 is instructed by voice simultaneously with the display. When plural kinds of instruction manuals exist, a list displaying operation key part 24'd is displayed on the screen 11, and when the key part 24'd is clicked, the contents of instruction manuals of plural kinds are displayed on the screen 11 as a list. |
