PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer electrolyte secondary battery provided with a positive electrode, in which even a positive electrode layer having a large quantity of active material is excellently adhered to a collector, by using a collector made of aluminum steel body or expanded metal, of which surface characteristic is improved. SOLUTION: A collector 1 to be used for a positive electrode is made of an aluminum(Al) body or an expanded metal, and a positive electrode layer 2 laminated on this collector 1 includes the active material, the conductive material, the nonaqueous electrolyte and the polymer for holding this electrolyte. A collector 3 to be used for negative electrode is made of a copper body or an expanded metal, and a negative electrode layer 4 includes the carbon material for storing and discharging lithium ion, the nonaqueous electrolyte and the polymer for holding this electrolyte. A solid polymer electrolyte layer 5, which is interposed between the positive electrode layer 2 and the negative electrode layer 4 and which includes the nonaqueous electrolyte and the polymer for holding this electrolyte, is provided. The surface of the wire material of the aluminum body and the copper body are coated with the conductive coating film. |
