<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable heater and warmer having its own heat source by bonding a heat insulating sheet formed of a heat insulating fiber to a heating sheet formed of a heat conductive fiber, and arranging a heating part for heating a heat medium and a pump device for circulating the heat medium in a part of the heating sheet. SOLUTION: When a heating part 4 such as catalyst burning device using benzine as fuel is heated, a heat medium 5 is circulated in a circulating passage 3 by pumping action of a pump device 6 such as heat driving pump to which evaporation and condensation of the heat medium 5 is applied. By this circulation, heat possessed by the heat medium 5 is transmitted from a wall surface of the circulating passage 3 to the whole surface of a heating sheet 1 formed of a heat conductive fiber. Since a heat insulating sheet 2 is stuck to the reverse side of the heating sheet 1, the heat transmitted to the heating sheet 1 is prevented from being diffused, and the heat generated from the heating part 4 can be efficiently utilized for heating and warming. As the heat medium 5, water or a mixture in which 35% alcohol is mixed to water is used.</p> |
