PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable composition of a troponin which is offered as a label and/or a check by containing a troponin I, a troponin T and a troponin C in the shape of a complex of three components in an aqueous solution condition. SOLUTION: This is a stable composition of a troponin containing a troponin I, a troponin T and a troponin C in the shape of a complex of three components of I, T and C in an aqueous solution condition. The troponins I, T and C originate in a human being or an animal, and for example, originate in a heart and/or a muscle. The troponins I, T and C are obtained from either of an extract of a frictionally crushed preparation material of a heart or a muscle or a mixture of prerefined three kinds of troponins I, T and C. This solution contains a troponin I, a troponin T and a troponin C of an equal molar quantity. In order to stabilize protein with each other, calcium and magnesium are added in the shape of a bivalent cation, for example, calcium chloride or a magnesium chloride. |
