FE-BASE MICROCRYSTALLINE SOFT MAGNETIC ALLOY

摘要

PURPOSE: To provide an Fe-base microcrystalline soft magnetic alloy having excellent magnetic permeability and having a higher saturation magnetic flux density than the conventional materials of other systems. CONSTITUTION: This microcrystalline soft magnetic alloy consists essentially of the crystal phase consisting of the Fe bcc crystal grains having <=50nm average diameter and an amorphous phase present in the boundary between the bcc crystal grains, and the Curie temp. of the amorphous phase is preferably controlled to >=110 deg.C or more preferably to >=145 deg.C.
