PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a reflection plate to be used in common to the different display figures of a digital display. SOLUTION: Plural light guiding holes 26a, 26b guiding light beams emitted from LED chips 23 being on a film substrate 22 to display segments 30 of a diffusion sheet 29 are formed in a reflection plate 24. Total number of pieces of light guiding holes of 26a, 26b is set to 17 pieces (7+3+7) to use the same reflection plate 24 even in both cases of one-figure display and a two-figures display. In short, the light guiding holes 26b which are not used in the case of the two-figures display are formed at three places of the upper, the middle and the lower places of the midway between two-figures display positions in addition to (7+7) pieces of the light guiding holes 26a to be used in the case of the two-figures display. Then, in the case of the one-figure display, displays of seven segments of the one-figure are performed by combining the three pieces of light guiding holes 26b which are not used in the case of the two-figures display and the (2+2) pieces of light guiding holes 26a adjacent to both sides of the right and the left of them. |
