PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize the structure of a variable power distributor and to reduce the price of the distributor. SOLUTION: A circulator 5 is connected to the H polarizing port 11 of an waveguide orthogonal branching filter 1. Aπ/2 polarizer 2 is connected to the main waveguide 13 of the filter 1 through an waveguide rotary joint 3 and one end of the polarizer 2 is short-circuited by a short circuit board 4. Since a signal is reciprocated through the polarizer 2, a phase-shifted face component is phase-shifted byπand the polarized face of a linearly polarized wave is converted correspondingly to the inclination of the phase-shifted face. The converted signal is branched to two orthogonal polarized waves by the branching filter 1 and outputted to a V polarized port 12 and the H polarized port 11 and the signal outputted from the port 11 is outputted from the port 53 of the circulator 5.
