PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power converter which can prevent the influence of a trouble without having a power supply for supplying bias current. SOLUTION: The on-control is conducted for switching the states of some of switching elements which are in an off-state, out of the positve-side or negative-side switching elements 4-9, from off to on. After the passage of a specified period of time after the on-control is conducted, the off-control is conducted for switching the states of the other switching elements which are in an on-state, from on to off. |
