Electrodes 1a, 1b which energize ink, an insulator substrate 2 forming the electrodes, a nozzle plate 3, a pressure chamber 4 which generates boiling bubbles, a nozzle 5 which discharges ink, a channel 6 and a subsidiary channel which supply to the pressure chamber 4 are provided.
