PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove the foreign matter included in food by providing the above device with a heating means, such as annular heating burner, for heating the food under falling in a centripetal direction from the outer side and incinerating the nonmetallic foreign matter, such as hair, included in the food, then sieving the waste after the incineration and the food by a vibration screen net, etc. SOLUTION: The food 12 charged by a transporting end 30 of a carrying-in conveyor is dropped near the peak of an umbrella-shaped conical hardware 11 and is radially glided in an equal distribution along the conical skirt thereof. The glided food 12 falls into an inverted conical pipe 13' from a circular spacing at the bottom end of the umbrella-shaped conical hardware 13. The relatively lightweight nonmetallic foreign matter, such as hair, is incinerated by the heating flames F centripetally radiated from holes 14'... for incineration disposed in the circumferential part of the bore of the toric burner 4a. The food 12 is then dropped onto a discharge chute 18 which is the vibration sieve excited by an excitation machine 29, where the food is sieved to the food 12 and the waste after the incineration. The waste falls as it is and is accumulated in a waste receiving box 32. |
