PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent waste developer from staying on a blade scraping the waste developer from an electrode member for removing the developer out of cleaning liquid, by providing the developer holding part for temporarily holding the removed developer on the blade. SOLUTION: The blade 49 as a scraping member is composed so as to scraping the toner electrostatically deposited on the surface of a electrode roller 47 by a tip part 49, mounted in freely rotatably around a shaft 60, so as to make a tip part 49a pressed against the electrode roller 47 by an energizing member, for instance, a spring or the like. The blade 49 is provided with a shape where it is bent downward (concave shape), and this concave part 49b functions as the developer retaining part for temporarily keeping the toner scraped from the electrostatic depositing roller 47. Then, the waste toner tank 70 is placed, so as to be located in the lower part of the toner receptacle inlet in the bending part 49b as the developer holding part made face down by rotation of the blade 49. |
