PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent signal drift on the basis of a vehicle's inclination and a longitudinal adjustable speed to be produced in times of acceleration or deceleration of a vehicle from occurring by seeking a springing vertical acceleration signal that canceled a detecting directional component force of longitudinal adjustable speed from this springing vertical acceleration signal in case of sudden adjustable speed of the vehicle. SOLUTION: This suspension system is provided with a pitch angle detecting means (e) seeking a pitch angle of a vehicle from the vehicle longitudinal adjustable speed detected by an adjustable speed detecting means (d), and a longitudinal adjustable speed component detecting means (f) seeking a detecting directional component force of longitudinal adjustable speed to be detected by a springing vertical acceleration detecting means (c) by means of a vehicle inclination, from this pitch angle and the vehicle longitudinal adjustable speed, respectively. In addition, it is made so as to secure a springing vertical acceleration signal that canceled a detecting component force of longitudinal adjustable speed from the springing vertical acceleration signal by a signal compensating means (g), and on the basis of a control signal to be secured out of the compensated springing vertical acceleration, damping force characteristic control over each shock absorber (b) is performed by a damping force characteristic control means (h). |
