SUBSTANCE: first pass tube bundle 12 is located in center of tube system and central part 13 of lower tube sheet corresponding to this bundle is connected with peripheral part 15 by means of flexible member 18; tubular ring 23 having slot along generatrix is main part of flexible member 18. As a result, stresses are reduced in tubes of first and second passes which have different temperature elongation compensated for by flexible member. Stresses are likely to cause break of tubes and loss of tightness of tubes expanded in tube sheets. EFFECT: enhanced reliability due to reduction of stresses in tubes of heating surfaces. 2 cl, 2 dwg
