SUBSTANCE: each phase discriminator which receives signal from synchronous channel has channel signal group distributor, detector of source synchronization information in channel signal groups, information source clock frequency phase encoder, clock oscillator which frequency is equal to least common multiple for frequencies in synchronous communication channel, phased oscillator of information source clock pulses which are used by recording unit for reading signals of synchronous channel and are transmitted to receiver. In addition device has phased generator of clock pulses of synchronous communication channel, phased generator of cycles for identification source signal phase. Latter clock signals are sent to phase discriminator which use them for generation of phase identification groups, detects synchronization information in source signal in groups and stores it, encodes synchronization information to binary phase signal which is sent to unit which sets current phase of clock pulses by means of phased clock oscillator for information source. EFFECT: elimination of phase indeterminacy when digital signal from autonomous information source is transmitted through synchronous information channel.
