METHOD FOR REABLEMENT OF PATIENTS SUFFERING FROM ISCHEMIC HEART DISEASE

FIELD: medicine; cardiology. SUBSTANCE: method involves daily walking for at least two hours. An individual interval between the habitual and prescribed speed of walking is set to provide load equal to 50% of the velocipede ergmetric threshold load. If the habitual speed provides walking load higher than maximum ergmetric load, the patient chooses this speed. The method allows for accurate determination of walking speed needed for the training process with account of the body weight and ergmetric readings. It allows for differential use of habitual speed depending on its ergmetric representation and the patient's tolerance of physical load and adequate adjustment of walking conditions to accordance with the threshold load dynamics. EFFECT: significantly higher physical load tolerance.
