FIELD: arrangements of fountain or air humidifier type, may be used for interior decoration of homes. SUBSTANCE: cascading fountain has annular basin with pedestal positioned in the center of basin, pumping unit formed as frame carrying electric engine, ventilator and centrifugal pump mounted within cavity of basin pedestal, suction and pressure pipelines, stand pipe fixed on pedestal, plates positioned to form cascade arrangement on stand pipe, supports positioned between plates, crown-shaped bowl positioned on top the stand pipe and connected with pressure pipeline of pumping unit, funnel, side openings positioned in symmetry between stand pipe and bowl. Air intaking opening is made in upper part of side wall of pedestal at the level of ventilator. Suction pipeline of pumping unit is communicated with basin through water intaking opening made in lower part of pedestal side wall. Plate bottoms are provided with gaged through openings symmetrically arranged along plate bottom perimeter. Side wall of pedestal is provided with vertical opening through which power cable is inserted for supplying power to electric engine of pumping unit. Cascading fountain is further provided with unit for supplying low-voltage direct current to pumping unit. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction, enhanced reliability in operation. |
