FIELD: mining. The method is implemented by a device comprising a bit, borehole motor, support-aligning member placed on lower or upper parts of the body, aligner, hinge placed in motor upper portion, whip-shock with push member hydraulic drive. The hinge is eccentric, provided with coupling including splined hub that is spring loaded and movable in axial direction, and interacts with device body and hinge head. Whip-shock body has a groove. The device is provided with circular scale to revolve the body and the push member about its eccentric hinge. Hydraulic chamber is annular.
