METHOD TO CLOSE BRONCHIAL STUMP

FIELD: medicine, pulmonary surgery. SUBSTANCE: under narcosis thoracotomy is conducted by fastening veins and artery of pulmonary part under removal. Implant is adjusted for corresponding diameter of selected bronchus, then resection of pulmonary part is done by keeping bronchial stump of 1 cm length. Then abrasion of bronchial stump mucus is carried out, implant is introduced into bronchial stump lumen and fastened with 5-6 longitudinal sutures in its cartilaginous part along perimeter of bronchial stump ring at 0.5 cm from bifurcation point and with cross-suture in membranous part. EFFECT: higher efficiency for narcosis elimination at terminal part of bronchial stump.
