发明名称 METHOD TO PREDICT ISCHEMIC BRAIN LESION AT PREMATURITY
摘要 FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: head surface is relatively divided into 52 parts corresponding to the projection of left and right frontal, parietal, temporal and occipital lobes. Temperature gage is put perpendicular to cerebral surface at 1.5-2 cm from the point in question, then heat irradiation temperature is in sequence registered for 52 parts of cerebral surface and also for left and right external auditory meatus that reflect temperature of deep brain structures. Individual thermal map is filled in for further analysis. Character of thermal field distribution is estimated. Total temperature values for each of 8 lobes, left and right hemispheres and total cerebral surface are determined. Temperature gradient for adjacent parts is estimated to study blood supply state for both brain and its parts. Moreover, at decreased total temperature values of left and right hemispheres below 35.8 C, decreased temperature of external auditory meatus below 36.4 C, temperature gradient value ranged 1.0-2.5 C and thermal field distribution nature according to temperature mosaic type ischemic brain lesion or that of its parts is diagnosed. EFFECT: higher information content to determine intensity of metabolic processes in brain of premature child, localization of ischemic focus and dysfunction character of brain blood supply.
