To improve the speed change performance by maximizing the synchronization capacity by the maximization of friction between the components of synchronizer, this device comprises the synchronizer key(10) of which projection part(11) is closely adhered to the inner groove(14) of the sleeve(9), the synchronizer rings(15)(16) positioned between the above sleeve and the clutch gears(7)(8) and the synchronizer cones(18)(19) that are provided in the inner face of the rings and the inner rings(24)(25) located toward inside of the synchronizer cones.
