FIELD: mechanical engineering; electric welding. SUBSTANCE: electric motor stator has cylindrical magnetic frame 1 housing two magnetizing coils 2 separated by nonmagnetic gasket 3. Poles 4 placed at end faces of coils 2 are separated by nonmagnetic bushings 5. Armature is made in the form of nonmagnetic pipe 6 with magnetic rings 7 and nonmagnetic rings 8 fitted on outer surface. Gripping device housing is secured to one end faces of poles 4 through cylindrical spring 9. Housing of gripping device 10 has three holes located at an angle of 120 deg and split at side of electrode wire. Steel balls 11 are fitted in these holes to clamp wire 12, and also shaped ring 13 and springs 14. Gripping device is attached to outer surface of armature through sliding bearings 15. EFFECT: simplified design of electrode wire feed mechanism, improved performance characteristics, reduced weight, improved efficiency of electric drive. 1 dwg |
