FIELD: devices for drying dispersed materials; chemical, construction, food-stuffing and fuel industries and other industries. SUBSTANCE: gaseous heat-transfer agent is introduced in drying drum by means of gas duct of any construction; this process may be effected due to thermal decomposition and melting of materials being dried when they are mixed with high-temperature gaseous heat-transfer agent in furnace or in supply gas duct. Material and thermal calculations demonstrate that in production of diammonium phosphate, for example (scheme with ammonizer-granulator and drying drum) with waste dust-laden gases returned to drying drum, consumption of fuel, electric power and water are reduced, respectively, by 2017 reference fuel t/year, 2,0•10kWh/year and 7500 cu.m/year. Discharge of gas into atmosphere is reduced by 822•10cu.m/year. Capacity of drying drum is 19.6 t/h by finished product. Device may be used for drying any products. EFFECT: reduced consumption of fuel, electric power; reduction of gas effluents. |
