FIELD: plastic working of metals. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has pressure roller, drive roller, tie-rod, feeding drive lever, mechanism for preventing workpiece (bar) from jumping at terminating moment of feeding process. Mechanism has bracket rigidly connected to press housing. Bracket is provided with opening for receiving guiding sleeve, whose axis coincides with axis of longitudinal feeding of workpiece (bar). Two spring-loaded shafts are pivotally fastened to bracket and positioned in symmetry with respect to fed bar in common vertical plane. Pressure members are pivotally fixed on spring-loaded shafts. Pressure members limiting stops are secured on bracket. Thrust is rigidly fixed in press stamp casing. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 3 dwg |
