PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting terminal box suitable for housing optical fiber core wirings branched from a wiring cable by an intermediate post- branching in the middles of cable wiring sections and their connecting parts. SOLUTION: This box is provided with a terminal box main body 2, a branching part 4 branching optical fiber core wirings 3 of not less than one wiring line from the bundle of optical fiber core wirings 3 led out from an optical cable 1 and a tray housing part 8 in which many connection part housing trays 7 in whose inside optical connection parts 5 and connecting excessive lengths of the optical connection parts 5 are housed are housed by being made to be laminated states in the center part along the longitudinal direction of the optical fiber cable 1 and in the connection part housing tray 7, a tray main body 22 hosing the connecting excessive length and an optical connection part housing part 23 having a length protruding to the outside of the tray main body 22, being formed so as to be capable of housing the optical connection part 5 in the arbitrary position of the longitudinal direction and being arranged along the longitudinal direction of the optical fiber cable 1 in the terminal box main body 2 are provided. |
