PURPOSE: To reduce the necessity of being well vessed with tax knowledge for the reception of a tax declaration and to speed up tax processing by directly inputting the reported contents of a resident tax to a personal computer, managing the inputted contents by a data base, calculating a tax amount based upon the reported contents, and directly printing out the calculated result on a final declaration. CONSTITUTION: In the case of receiving a resident tax return, an autonomous community staff hears the contents of respective incomes and deductions from an applicant. At the time, reported data are inputted in accordance with a guide message displayed on the screen of a personal computer (S1). At the time of completing the input, a calculation instruction is applied to a terminal equipment and a tax amount is automatically calculated by a calculation system (S2). The inputted information and the tax amount are outputted to a prescribed tax declaration (S3) and the tax declaration is sent to a tax office. Since the reported data are stored in a terminal equipment at the time of receiving it, the data can be used as a computer processing data base just after the reception of the declaration as the data of the resident tax assessing processing data in the autonomous community. |
