PURPOSE: To remove effect by the chattering phenomenon of an input signal. CONSTITUTION: When chattering is generated in an input signal, the forward output of a third or a fourth monostable multivibrator MB3, or MB4 becomes a high level by the first rise or fall of the input signal, a first or a second monostable multivibrator MB1, or MB2 outputs an ON-signal or an OFF-signal for a fixed period by following up the forward output and causes an electric current in the ON or the OFF direction to flow through an optical switch OSW through a current driving circuit. At this time, since the inverted output of MB3 or MB4 is inputted to the reset terminal of MB4 or MB3, the non inverting output remains at a low level as it is and an OFF-signal or an ON-signal is not outputted from MB2 or MB1. consequently, the rise or the fall caused by chattering is neglected and the optical switch OSW maintains the ON or the OFF state. |
