<p>PURPOSE: To provide a method and device which can determine control parameters of a controller by identifying a model to be controlled even in the absence of a mathematical model. CONSTITUTION: This control model designing device is provided with an identification device 10 which identifies a process model for a controlled system 6, a PID control parameter setting part 12 which sets PID control parameters for the controller 4 according to the identification result. The identification device 10 represents the idle time of a transfer function and a denominator as a polynomial and a numerator as a polynomial, and determine the idle time of the transfer function, the degrees of the polynomial, and the coefficients of the polynomials so that they match a manipulated variable (u) and an output (y) as the input and output of the controlled system 6 without an arithmetic model. A PID control parameter setting part 12 determines the PID control parameters according to the identification result and sets them to the controller 4.</p> |
