PURPOSE: To eliminate the unequal light quantity of light emitting parts and non-light emitting parts and to obtain an uniform prescribed illumination distribution by providing a reflector with a first variation compensating means for compensating the variation in the light emission quantity of the light emitting parts and the non-light emitting parts. CONSTITUTION: A halogen tube bulb 1 is arranged on the inner side of a reflection mirror 4 having an approximately U shape in sectional shape and notched parts 5 are formed in the upper part facing a filament. The change of the reflection angle is possible if the rectangular notched pieces (reflection pieces) adjacent to the notched parts 5 are individually changed. The light emitted from the light emitting parts 2 partly heads toward the opposite reflection mirror 4. A reflection angle is set by the notched pieces 4a in part of the reflection mirror 4 and the light reflected by the notched pieces 4a is guided toward the non-light emitting parts 3 to make up the deficiency of the light quantity of the non-light emitting parts 3. Then, the unequal light quantity of the light emitting parts 2 and the non-light emitting parts 3 is relieved. In such a case, the upward leaking light via the notched parts 5 is reflected by the inside surface of a light shielding plate and is again passed through the notched parts 5, by which the light is effectively utilized as the light apparently equivalent to the light from the light emitting parts 2. |
