<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reuse a snap tap removed after construction work, by providing a cock applying device screwing a snap tap unit, mountable/demoutable in a peripheral screw part of an erection cylinder, and a stop bag insert hole closing stop cock, mountable/ demountable in an upper end part of the snap tap unit to be held to a lower end of a lift bar, to the inner circumferential screw part of the erection cylinder by turning the lift lever. SOLUTION: A stop cock 2 is screwed to an erection cylinder 10 of a saddle 1 to apply a cock, to be provided with a metal-made cock main unit 21, rubber-made gasket 22 and a retaining material 23 arranged in a lower surface of the gasket. A divide valve unit 3 is formed with a screw 32 in the internal circumference of a lower end mounting cylinder of a divide valve main unit 30, also to form a screw 34 in the periphery of an upper end mounting cylinder 33. cock applying device 5 is provided integrally in a lower part with a cylindrical adaptor 4 having a rotary handle 43. In the adapter 4, a screw 41 screwable to the screw 34 of the upper end mounting cylinder of the divide valve unit 3 is formed in the internal circumference in the lower end. The stop cock can be easily screwed to the erection cylinder of the saddle, and a bag insert hole can be closed, to attain reusing the divide valve unit made removal.</p> |
