PURPOSE: To find out load distribution reflecting the disturbance of a manufacturing schedule due to the dispersion of work in manufacturing processes, the malfunction of equipment, or the like. CONSTITUTION: An order information storing part 1 stores order information (a) consisting of an order name, a product name, the number of orders, a start scheduled date, etc. A product information storing part 2 stores product information (b) consisting of the manufacturing processes of each product, the lead time of each process, the dispersion of lead time, and the reference load of each process in each order. A manufacturing schedule developing part 3 determines manufacturing schedule information (c) constituted of the distribution of starting dates of respective processes for all orders and the distribution items of read time based upon the order information (a) and the product information (b). A load stacking part 5 finds out the distribution of load of respective processes for all orders based upon those information (a) to (c) and finds out accumulated load (d) by totalizing load distribution divided in each time bucket in all the orders. |
