PURPOSE: To reduce the load of guiding of a plant on-site by staff members who give an explanation of the plant in the case of touring a plant. CONSTITUTION: Various requests from visitors are inputted to this system, and visitors carry with them a mobile terminal device 1 which displays information on equipment manual, equipment arrangement, touring course, present location, destination, process value, video, and plant monitoring screen, while a management device 5 connected with the terminal device through a transmission means 16, 17, storing/supplying the information requested from/to the mobile terminal device 1 and a video data transmission part transmitting video information and plant monitoring screen to the mobile terminal device 1, are installed. |
