PURPOSE: To provide the method and system for reservation management of a parking space which meet the reservation requests of users as much as possible to improve the reservation service and support user's arrival at a reserved parking lot. CONSTITUTION: The parking space provided with a parking house 80 provided with plural lots and a management computer 1 is provided with the state file where the use condition and the reservation condition are stored. When reservation including a predeterminate entrance time and a predeterminate use time is requested from a parking lot user, request contents and stored contents of the state file and other files are compared with each other to decide whether this reservation can be accepted or not; and if this reservation can be accepted, it is executed, and the user is guided to a parking lot by his desire. If there is a vehicle staying in the parking lot even after the time limit, reservation of this parking lot is prevented. |
