PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily grasp the change state of a process when a plant is started or stopped. SOLUTION: A plant computer 11 gathers field process data of the plant and makes various application calculations. A data gathering processor 18 receives data, gathered and calculated by the plant computer 11, through a data way 16 and saves those data by each increment steps of the output of a power generator, for example, when the plant is started. The saved data are graphed and displayed by a data display processor 19. Consequently, continuous plant monitoring is possible throughout the start of the plant, 100% rated output operation, and the stop of the plant.
