PURPOSE: To realize various kinds of design with one mold and allow people visually weak to handle easily, by printing/expressing pear-skin pattern on the surface of a cassette shell or case with the use of a mat ink. CONSTITUTION: A resin material such as HIPS or the like is injected into a molding space 103 between an upper and a lower molds 101 and 102 constituting a mold 100, thereby to form a cassette shell 2. The surface of the cassette shell 2 is printed with the use of a mat ink. The mat ink is obtained by mixing plastic particles of a particle size of a about severalμm with a general printing ink. Because of the use of the ink, a mat fine grain 20A is formed on the printed surface. In this case, a printing thickness of approximately 20-30μm is required so as to express a clear rear skin pattern and secure a sufficient durability to the product.
