Then, a surrounding air temperature at the specified day is estimated, an internal calorific valve is calculated in reference to the number of customers, momentum of the customers, and the calorific valve of equipments and then the natural ventilation air volume when the opening is opened and the ET* acting as the body feeling when the natural ventilation is carried out are estimated and calculated in reference to the internal heat generation rate and the surrounding environmental value. When the ET* calculated value is within a comfort range, it is displayed at the display 56 that the natural ventilation is to be performed. Accordingly, it is possible to improve a comfortable feeling.
