PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of document preparing work in a computer processing system for managing bank financing work by automatically preparing a real estate security object list and a real estate research list to be necessary for the discussion of a finacing issue using real estate as security so as to output these lists to the same document. SOLUTION: A processor 101 outputs map information stored in a map information file 102, real estate security object detailed information stored in a real estate security object file 103 and contract related information stored in a contract relational information file 104 to a real estate security object list 109 or a real estate research list 110 based upon a discussion number and a contract number inputted from an input device 108. |
