PURPOSE: To flexibly and efficiently transfer and manage information by setting the emergency degree of transferring the information beforehand based on transferred transfer management information and controlling the transfer of the information corresponding to the emergency degree when the information is generated. CONSTITUTION: In this information transfer system, the plural information transfer devices 1 and the plural terminal equipments 2 are connected through a network 3. The terminal equipments 2 prepare the transfer management information for the respective information transfer devices 1 and transfer it to the respective information transfer devices 1 and the information transfer devices 1 set the transfer condition for transferring the information based on the transferred transfer management information and control the transfer of the information corresponding to the transfer condition when the information is generated in the information transfer devices 1. Also, the transfer condition are set based on transfer timing information intrinsic to the respective information transfer devices 1 or the transfer timing information corresponding to the kind of the generated information. Thus, the information is flexibly and efficiently transferred and managed corresponding to the set transfer condition.
