PURPOSE: To provide a camera capable of detecting camera shake caused in the case of executing photographing operation by utilizing a line-of-sight detecting device and reducing the influence by the camera shake by utilizing the detected camera shake amount. CONSTITUTION: A CPU 1 is provided with an arithmetic part 111 calculating the allowable value of the camera shake, a conversion part 112 converting the deviation of the line-of-sight detected by the line-of-sight detecting device 4 into the amount of the camera shake, a shift control part 113 controlling the shifting operation of a program line performed in an exposure control circuit 7 in order to reduce the influence of the camera shake, and a warning part 114 performing warning display on a display part 5 in the case the camera shake is large. When the deviation of the detected line-of-sight is larger than the allowable value, it is judged as the camera shake, and exposure operation is executed by resetting shutter speed to the value of higher speed than a previously set value. |
