PURPOSE: To eliminate the winding memory in the roll winding step simultaneously checking the temperature rise even if exposed to sun beams by a method wherein the photoelectric conversion semiconductor layer held by two electrode layers is provided on a flexible substrate and the surface of weather-proof material on the opposite side to the beam incident surface of the photoelectric conversion semiconductor layer is made rugged. CONSTITUTION: A photoelectric conversion semiconductor layer 3 held by the first electrode layer 2 and the second transparent electrode layer 4 is laminally formed on a flexible insulating filmy substrate 1. Next, a transparent bonding agent layer 61 is laminated on the second transparent electrode layer 4 to be coated with a weather-proof film 73 by a doctor blade method. On the other hand, the third electrode layer 5 is formed on the back side of the flexible substrate 1 to be laminated with a bonding agent layer 62 further laminated with a weather-proof film 72 for the formation of a rugged shaped surface 8. Through these procedures, the winding memory in the roll winding step can be eliminated simultaneously checking the temperature rise even if exposed to sun beams. |
