PURPOSE: To keep the processing load of a receiver in a proper range to improve the reliability by limiting the transmission volume of detection data to be transmitted to the receiver even in the case of detection data exceeding a threshold. CONSTITUTION: A transmission processing part is provided which transmits detection data Xn to the receiver only when detection data Xn is equal to or higher than a prescribed level threshold TH and a differenceΔX from detection data Xn-1 transmitted just before is equal to or higher than a prescribed level difference thresholdΔTH.
