PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a rental portable terminal equipment from being left unreturned. Each of portable terminal equipment 13a-13s recognizes whether or not it enters a radio zone (radio wave arrival range) RZs of the radio base station 14s based on whether or not the terminal equipment receives the specific radio signal. A radio terminal equipment 13s in existence in the radio zone RZs informs the entry in the radio zone RZs to a base station controller 15 via the radio base station 14s. The base station controller 15 connects a talkie trunk 16 to the portable terminal 13s, which sounds an alarm message. Moreover, when the entry into the specific radio zone RZs is informed to the base station controller 15 from the portable terminal 13s, the controller 15 informs a center attendant board 17 of carrying out of the portable terminal equipment 13s.
