PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To design the software according to a convenient system through the selection of the software by designing in advance by a complete bank changeover system or a common bank changeover system based on the hardware in the stage of designing the software requiring a large capacity for a ROM. SOLUTION: A DCR 103 is connected to a TRX 101 by a reception data signal line 107, a radio section control signal line 108 and controls the TRX 101 to receive data. The DCR 103 accesses a ROM 104 and a RAM 105 to control a bank so as to utilize a memory to the utmost and sends the result of analysis of received data to a CPU 102 through an interrupt signal line 117. The CPU 102 uses write read lines of an address bus 109, a data bus 110 and a control bus 111 to conduct data processing in cooperation with the RAM 105. The processing program and the data are written in the ROM 104 and the CPU 102 reads out them to execute the processing.
