PURPOSE: To provide an installation structure, of a wiring box for a gatepost, by which an installation execution operation is simple so as to save labor and whose outward appearance looks attractive. CONSTITUTION: An installation structure is provided with a gatepost 2 to which a gate 1 with an electric lock is attached, with an opening 27 which is formed in a part of the front side face of the gatepost 2, with a box body 28 which is fitted into the opening 27 in such a way that its opening face is directed to the front side face, with a lid body 16 which closes the opening face of the box body 28 so as to be flush with the front side face and with wire passage parts 4 which are formed in the box body 28 and the side face of the gatepost 2 so as to communicate. In addition, the installation structure is provided with cables 13 which are passed inside the gate 1 from the wire passage parts 4 and which are connected to the electric lock at the gate 1. |
