PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exclude the duplicate entry of a clock. SOLUTION: A setting part 40 provided in common in channel boards 301 -30n attaches a priority value on the clock included in a signal sent via an optical fiber line and a radio channel every channel, and also, sets whether or not the clock with each priority value should be sent out to a device clock decision part 50 via clock supply lines 711 -713 , and sends the set information to each channel board via a serial line 4. When an instruction to send out the clock with prescribed priority value is issued, the channel boards 301 -30n send out the clock to the clock supply lines 711 -713 in accordance with the priority value, and no clock is sent out when not. The device clock decision part 50 decides a device clock CE based on inputted quality value and priority value of each clock, and inputs it to each channel board. |
